Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your products. If you need to return an item, please reveiw our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unopened and unused cases within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom labels or any opened packages due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at Support@DockitRFID.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number in your return package along with the original packing slip. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. A restocking fee of 25% may apply for non-defective returns.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g, incorrect item sent). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
